TAICHI

Taichi is a Chinese martial art, a psycho-physical discipline for body and mind, easy to learn and suitable for all ages. Born as a defense and combat system, it has been transformed into a refined form of exercise to improve health and mental well-being. Taichi consists in the execution of a series of very slow movements to simulate an imaginary fight. While practicing Taichi one is able to reach mental relaxation and high levels of concentration.
