POLE SPORT

Also known as “poling” this group of sports includes all the disciplines that combine dance and acrobatic moves which are realized with the use of a metal pole to climb, twist and perform high level technical exercises. Developed as sporting discipline between the 1990s and 2000s, these activities aim to increase strength levels and improve posture, they’re excellent examples of cardio activity, they improve flexibility and can also be practiced by people with disabilities.
