NORDIC WALKING

Sporting activity practiced outdoors in which sticks, similar to those of cross-country skiing, are used to guide and support the movements of harms and back. Compared to a classic walk, it involves different muscle groups offering various benefits for the whole body. It’s growing rapidly for it’s simplicity, but also because it is good for health, is capable of enhancing the discovery of territories and is good to increase actions of respect for the environment.
